Mary Belle Cordell has been asked to coordinate a ceramic tile mural to be installed at the Lynn Cancer Institute in Boca Raton, Florida. Mary Belle is well known for her tile murals in homes and galleries. The three hundred tiles will be painted by cancer survivors and their families.

Mary Belle and 30 artists from the Boca Museum the Art School will be helping with this project on the day of the event. She will be working closely with the staff of the Lynn Institute and the Boca Museum of Art the Art School. The Lynn Cancer Institute is well known for multimodality clinics, counseling services, board certified doctors, National clinical research trials and cancer genetics.

The SK run and Survivor Day event will take place on June 3rd, 2012.

Meeting all of the survivors and their families and giving back to the community is very important to porcelain artist, Mary Belle Cordell.
